Credits & Payments
Do my credits expire?
Yes. Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. However, if you purchase additional credits before your current balance expires, the expiration date for your entire balance will be extended by another year.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
No. As stated in our Terms of Service, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds are only issued in the rare event that a system error prevents the credits from being delivered to your account.
What currency are prices listed in?
All prices are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are paying with a non-US card, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.

Do you support Canadian vehicles?
Yes, we can generate reports for Canadian vehicles. However, please note that the report formatting and data presentation will follow U.S. standards.
Why isn't the Window Sticker link working?
Window stickers are provided via temporary security links from third-party vendors. These links often expire within a few hours or days. We strongly recommend downloading and saving the PDF immediately after generating the report. We cannot regenerate expired window sticker links.
Is the "Record Count" preview always accurate?
The record count displayed before purchase is a preview estimate. While usually accurate, we do not guarantee it matches the final report exactly. We recommend cross-referencing with other sources if the exact number of records is critical to your decision.
Technical & Troubleshooting
I am outside of North America. Can I use AutoVIN Hub?
Yes, our service is global. However, to ensure the reports display correctly and to avoid connection issues, you may need to use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) set to a US location if you are browsing from certain international regions.
What happens if a report fails to generate?
If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you will not be charged. You can choose to have the credit refunded to your balance or attempt to regenerate the report.
Do you offer an API for bulk users?
Yes. API users are welcome. Please note that we enforce a fair usage policy on free VIN checks (1 purchased report per 15 free checks). Exceeding this ratio may result in small overage charges.
